EnglishYaari records sessions for quality, training, and content purposes. EnglishYaari retains full ownership of all session recordings, screenshots, transcripts, and related material generated on the platform.

EnglishYaari runs an approval-based programme for content creators who wish to use their session recordings on their own social media handles, YouTube channels, blogs, or any public platform. Creators must first submit a request to EnglishYaari for approval. Each request is reviewed by the EnglishYaari admin team based on the creator's social media handle, content style, and audience fit. Approval is granted at the sole discretion of EnglishYaari and is not guaranteed.

Once a creator's request is approved, the relationship operates as a content partnership where both sides help each other grow. Approved creators may use their session recordings on their own platforms, and EnglishYaari may use the same approved content on our official social media channels including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), WhatsApp, our website, advertisements, and marketing material, to spread awareness and help other learners grow. The license granted to EnglishYaari for approved content is non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual.

It is mandatory for all approved creators to credit EnglishYaari whenever they post session content on their own platforms.

• 1. Clearly mention "EnglishYaari" in the caption, description, or title of the post.
• 2. Tag EnglishYaari's official handle (for example, @englishyaari on Instagram).
• 3. Do not crop, blur, or remove the EnglishYaari logo or watermark from any video or image.
• 4. Do not present the content in a way that suggests the creator owns the session, tutor, or platform.
• 5. Do not use EnglishYaari tutors, logo, or brand name to promote any other product, service, course, or business.

Use of EnglishYaari session recordings, tutor footage, logo, or brand assets on any public platform without prior approval is strictly prohibited and may result in a formal request to add proper attribution or take down the content within 48 hours, a copyright takedown notice filed with the relevant platform, suspension or termination of the creator's EnglishYaari account, or legal action in cases of repeated or commercial misuse.

Approved creators who wish to have their content removed from EnglishYaari's official social media channels may submit a written request to help@englishyaari.com. Removal requests will be honoured on the condition that the creator simultaneously removes all EnglishYaari session content from their own social media handles, YouTube channels, and any other public platforms. This works both ways and ensures fairness for both parties. Either both sides keep the content live, or both sides take it down together. EnglishYaari aims to act on valid removal requests within 7 working days of receiving confirmation that the creator's own content has been taken down.

EnglishYaari tutors, their names, faces, voices, and teaching style are protected assets of EnglishYaari. The EnglishYaari name, logo, brand colours, course material, frameworks, and methodologies are our exclusive intellectual property and may not be reproduced or used by learners or creators on any external platform without written permission.
